Rocky began his insurance career in early 2009 with a mid-sized Lehigh Valley agency, where he was responsible for the development, growth, and retention of the firm’s employee benefits portfolio. Through a data-driven, client-centric consultative model, he led disciplined account management and strategic planning efforts that produced sustained year-over-year organic growth within the benefits practice.

Building on demonstrated expertise—particularly in Affordable Care Act compliance, plan design, and regulatory strategy Rocky joined Miers Insurance in 2014 to establish and lead a scaled employee benefits operation. His mandate was to replicate and institutionalize the operating principles and growth strategies that had proven effective, positioning the practice for long-term expansion beginning in 2015.

In 2019, Rocky was appointed President & CEO of Miers Insurance following the retirement of Doug Gibbons. In this role, he oversees the agency’s financial performance, governance framework, and organizational culture. Concurrently, he continues to serve as Employee Benefits Practice Leader, maintaining direct accountability for benefits strategy while driving the firm’s overall performance and strategic objectives.
