Kenny began his insurance career in 2010 as an insurance consultant with Serfass Insurance in Lehighton, PA. Kenny learned the Insurance business from the ground floor up in his family owned business. He excelled at providing commercial and personal risk management services to help protect from financial hardships and to prevent injury. He focused on growing the agency and promoting a culture of superior service as well as highly educating his clients. Kenny has a unique ability to gain a deep understanding of each client’s needs, and a strong desire to be the professional that will take care of each client.

In January 2016, Kenny transitioned his experience and success to join Miers Insurance. His prior experience and superior communication skills has served him and his customers well as he has outperformed his annual targets and has won many awards since joining the Miers Team.

In May 2021, Kenny became a Partner at Miers and will continue to lead by example, bringing in new sales and technology ideas to lead the organization to new heights all while keeping the customer in the forefront.

Kenny is married and has two young boys.
